Objectve: The purposes of this research was to search for the factors amongst age, duration of work, job satisfaction of generation Y professional nurses at a Tertiary Level Hospital in Pathumthani Province.
Meterials and Methods: The research is descriptive research. The research samples of study were generation Y professional nurses who were born between 2521 - 2540 B.C., Currently, they are 20 - 39 years old and Select a specific sample is purposive sampling who have more than one year experience in clinical services. The research instrument used was a set of questionnaires. Includes personal factors such as age, the duration of work and the level of satisfaction and work retention. The research data were collected and analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
Rasult: The research finding were as follows: It was found that the age, the duration of work and the level of satisfaction. Positive influence on job retention. Statistically significant Based on R-square, the level of satisfaction, age and duration of work. Overall, 92.3 percent. and p<0.05 , r = 0.961, adjusted R-square = 0.922, R-square = 0.923, f = 584.981
Conclusions: The research finding was found that the age, the duration of work and the level of satisfaction. Positive influence on job retention. In terms of R-square, it was found that the duration of operation was significantly (p <0.05). And satisfaction in the job. Overall, 92.3%
